2. TEXT MESSAGING TERMS (SMS PROGRAM)

4.1 Program description
If you opt in, Afghan Unity DFW may send recurring informational text messages to provide community announcements, cultural event reminders, emergency community alerts, and funeral arrangement notifications.

4.2 Consent to receive messages
You only receive SMS messages if you provide your phone number and consent to receive messages.

4.3 Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Typical volume is approximately 3 messages per month, up to 5 per month depending on community needs (some messages may be sent in multiple parts due to length).

4.4 Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

4.5 Supported numbers and carriers
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to your mobile carrier’s network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4.6 Opt-out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you may receive a final message confirming your opt-out.
